I'm interested in creating magical moments for people i meet- professionally or friendly- and evoke an understanding of the nature of consciousness and experience as well as participating in experiences that would reinforce these understandings. That's why i love the 'hypnosis without trance' approach.
I came across some of Aaron Alexander's stuff (i think you know him) and he's all into create magical moments of connection and meaning through interesting "hypnotic phenomenon".
No real point or question in here π just to say i like the post very much and take notes about the nitty gritty stuff for practical use. It's like having a super power- to create experience through communication. And help people step into their power ππΌππ½π€πΌ
Thought provoking on how this new understanding can/ will improve relationships with others and the world around me . Feels to me like an increase sense of personal power in the process of creating what I want to experience ... exciting... π
The husband of a client of mine loved capturing rattlers (when he was a kid) and freezing them, so he could pose them for his photography. His mother had a different experience when opening the freezer.
Thanks James, great post, the card held between the thumb and finger by the outstretched arm come to mind, used this many times over the years with great success. Respect John
Trying to fully grasp implications of sensemaking, how changing that sensemaking and ideas may change our experience, how is it possible to actually change our sensemaking if we believe it to be truth and by extension how to understand better working with others in their sensemaking in changing their realities as an agent of change. Looking for directions for better understanding.
Thanks James.

Hi, James.
At the time people used to have this animistic engagement with the world, according to their chronicles, their physiology was more malleable.
How do you link the co-creation of experience with physiological shifts such as the so called placebo effect?
How can the participation engagement right brain change the object that the subject-object engagement left brain observes?
