I like the idea of being able to create with whatever is handed to me. I used to say that I was resilient and could bounce back from anything, until it sounded like a negative thing. I've always liked the idea of thriving. Have you heard about the documentaries Thrive I and Thrive II? They were very inspiring to me. Just listened to Foster Gamble talking about the Dominoes of Destiny. In case you are interested, here is the link: https://www.freetothrive.com/blog/dominoes-of-destiny-and-liberation/?utm_term=

Hi Danielle

Thank you for the recommendations - listening to dominoes of destiny right at this very moment!

Hello James, I am not so fluent in English, so I may not understand all the niceties you made on this topic. Nevertheless, I have a question about the HOW do you let it go and what is the “It” inside the let “it” go. Is a thought we have to transform first because everything began in the mind ? As you said you transformed your mindset so if you have to do it right now, where do you start? What would you do to let it go in concrete actions. I am really interested by sharing concrete actions, thanks And all the best from France

Hi Laurence

Thank you for your questions - I’ll look to addressing them in the next episode!

I saw something on the UFO "whistle-blower" on TikTok yesterday, and I actually thought the video had to be a hoax. It didn't even occur to me that it might be a real hearing.

I’m pretty sure it is a real hearing - personally speaking, something about the manner of the whistleblower has struck me as ‘off’ though.

Hi James,

I’ve been enjoying your work more and more lately. Such empowering ideas!

Your words have prompted some excellent internal shifts with bewildering external differences.

I’m working as a change agent in an organization, elevating agency, self-efficacy, and resilience levels. I’m curious to know if you’d be willing to respond to a thought from the work of Derek and Laura Cabrera of the Cabrera Research lab who say, “There’s a relatively simple formula for these complex adaptive systems: autonomous agents follow simple rules based on what’s happening locally around them, the collective dynamics of which lead to the emergence of the complex behavior we see.”

Assuming one could direct collective dynamics toward the emergence of high levels of agency, self-efficacy, and resilience, what simple rules would you recommend?

Your voice sounds off... just waiting for 'you' to admit this episode was done by AI.

That's where the world is at now.

This episode was done by me in one take (as I have done for years now), with a couple of drop ins done at a couple of points during the edit (an edit done by me and not by AI, although using an AI to simulate my voice for the drop ins.

There’s also a ‘studio sound’ voice rebuild to take the breaths and background noise out (as I record these in my work room and not a soundproof studio).

I certainly don’t need or want an AI to think and speak for me, as it doesn’t have a clue what I would want to say.

I presume that was a joke, as James's voice sounds as it should for 2023 - unless you're comparing it to an earlier version of James? 🙂
