Part of me still resists the idea of non linear generative change, and "greater forces" despite almost incontrovertible evidence that when I embrace them there are wild and crazy happenings.
So I often exist in a place of having one foot in each world.
I'm currently reading, "Jung on Active Imagination," and the author shares a story (a parable on the Self, maybe) that Jung liked to tell. It's called, "the rainmaker," and has a "non-linear engagement" feel to it. If you're not already familiar with the story, maybe you'd get something from it. If you Google, "c. g. jung + rainmaker" you'll get a few versions.
I made a wonderful mistake at the end of a recording a while back and last week a friend caught it on video as I was ending the song and used that little clip to advertise my tai chi class in the place I was playing. It was the best mistake ever.
I have a strange relationship with these ideas.

You and me both Steve! (Though nonlinearity seems to be winning through)
Excellent James. I’m currently very interested in the idea of mapless scriptless states.
Mistakes are magic
