The Adrenalin surge is so useful. When things slow down and one has more time. On stage it needs to be transcended or one hammers the songs…. My novice experience. It’s better now.

This is great stuff, James.

I have added a comment on the HWT Facebook page to a recent post. I offered a suggestion to enhance your audiobook. If you use this suggestion, you might choose to reward me with the tuition for this course on courage and fearlessness.

Your student.... Eric Rounce.

Real fear seems to be increasing. I grew up in Switzerland, used to hitchhike with my backpack to go camping in the wilderness. I would not do that any longer. I traveled through Europe, the Middle East and parts of Asia on a bus in my 20s. I would no longer do that. I now live in Denver in a "safe neighborhood," and my 30+ year old daughter was attacked last week while walking her dog. Women are told to avoid pumping gas at night, parking in a covered garage or even using elevators in some places. As a general rule, women have had to prepare themselves psychologically to go out, and the situation is getting worse. There are many classes here teaching women how to defend themselves. It seems we are going back to the time when we had to fear real "saber-tooth tigers." As for situations where courage is needed and unwarranted fear can be controlled, I turned my F.E.A.R. into Fabulous Energy for Awesome Results.

James this is interesting. In my youth there are times when I responded fearlessly. I used to be part of a group that out on dances and I had to work the door and act as a bouncer. It was gang time and we got attacked reasonably frequently. Where I was fearful and what took the effort to overcome was sharing the poems then the songs and finally performing on my own.
